Caregivers: An Essential Part of the Myeloma Care Team

Date / Time

Description

Join us for a FREE webinar designed to meet the educational

needs of multiple myeloma patients and their caregivers.

For multiple myeloma patients and their caregivers, the rapid pace of drug development and the release of new treatment information has made myeloma care an exciting but confusing arena. As a result, there are several areas where caregivers may need additional knowledge, including:

  • Current standards of care
  • How drugs are used
  • What to expect while patients receive therapy
  • Whether a patient may need a stem cell transplant

In this webinar, we provide up-to-date information that will help empower caregivers to be strong advocates for the myeloma patients in their care. You will also hear from Allan and Deb Osborne, who discuss their experiences as a patient-caregiver team and provide their perspectives on the role of the caregiver and the importance of education in improving patient outcomes.
